The Clinical Manager is the primary person directly responsible on a 24-hour basis for the dialysis nursing function of the facility, its patients, and staff. Develops policies and procedures, facility goals and objectives, and programs related to clinical practices in dialysis and assumes their implementation. As the recognized oversight and authority for clinical expertise in nursing care practices of the dialysis patient, stimulates and guide the dialysis staff to render the highest quality of patient care and as such. Is responsible for the evaluation of the dialysis facility staff in the way reasonable comprehensive care for all patients is given.
