Job description:
The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (WCNP) independently assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with acute and chronic wounds, including pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and venous ulcers. The WCNP develops and implements individualized care plans and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes .

Requirement

• Certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Wound care experience.
